Wow, so neglected doesn't even begin to describe this poor little internet space of mine but here's to improving! Hopefully everyone is having an eventful summer. Mine has been a party to say the least. Lots of exploring around Los Angeles areas and spending too many nights out way too late. Anywho, here are some of my goals and plans for fun and life in August:
-go to the temple (Newport Beach or Redlands or maybe San Diego?)
*As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I am able to enter our temples and
worship there
and since the Los Angeles temple in closed right now, a mini road trip is in order.
-blog 2x/week
*writing down your goals helps you be more accountable so fingers crossed this helps me!
-instagram 2x/week
*I love taking pictures and take a ton every week but am horrible at posting them despite the fact that I'm on instagram 5+
times a day...#HELP (snapchat is my love RN: lalynnauten)
-exercise 3x/week
*If you've seen the current state of my body, it really needs to be moving 7 days a week, 3 times a day but baby steps to
start.
-study spanish for 15 minutes/day
*As a missionary for my church, I was blessed to preach in the spanish language. You know what they say: USE IT or
LOSE IT. (I'll keep it, thanks.)
-find somewhere to volunteer
* I love to stay involved in the community so I want to find somewhere local to volunteer at least twice a month.
-list 43 things I like about myself
*I have this book that had a suggestion of ways to improve ones happiness so I want to try this :)
-color a page once a week
*I got myself the Lisa Frank adult coloring book and I want to complete one picture a week so I can say I FINALLY
finished a coloring book!
-visit the Broad Museum in LA.
*I've been dying to go here since it opened but because of work and the difficult process to get reserve tickets, I haven't
gone yet but I scored tickets for this month!
Other plans will be going to the beach with my family, seeing Nick Jonas and Demi Levato in concert and going back to Disneyland (finally!) Here's to soaking up the rest of summer!
